I just wanted to say a few things.

As King of our chapter, I have a lot of responsibility. I have to research and plan all sorts of things. Like practices, future events, keep track of everyone, etc.

I also am responsible for making sure we are all happy and getting along. Because if people aren't happy, they feel hurt or left out and then they might not want to play anymore. And that just flat out sucks. Remember this is all really fun, but some people take this really serious. This game allows them to get away. Allows them to be with people who wont make fun of them for pretending to be an elf.....or even an orc.

We are a team. We work together at getting better with weapons and tactics in face to face combat. Im going to get with some of the other Veterans and figure out some good things and ways to practice. We will still do all the fun things. I just think we need to do more to perfect our techniques.

Also... people need to watch there language. I admit I tend to swear too. But we all need to tone the swearing down.

Headshots and anger.... I know some people are still getting a lot of headshots. PEOPLE... THESE ARE MOSTLY ACCIDENTS. We aren't all perfect masters of the sword. We make mistakes. Whether its a smashed nose or glance from blocking someones sword. We don't need to get angry and vengeful. SAY SORRY and move on. I see when headshots get frequent. And I have no problem asking that person to sit out a round for excessive headshots. There is nothing I can do to permanently stop headshots. I can only give tips on how how to avoid it. Its your choice to act on it.

Please do not make fun of each other. Not directly at that person, and not behind their backs. We are all friends. What's going to happen when we go public? There might be some new people some of you wont like at first. Let's all respect each other and the choices we make for our own characters.
